Self-introduction

I was born in Takayama city and have lived here for a long time, and personally I have been a tour guide for 10 years. Also, there are more than 20 guides living here who support our tour, and they can speak French, Italian and Spanish as well as English. We will introduce not only the history and culture of this area, but also the fact that seven Sake breweries are densely packed in this area and the exotic our life. I love sake. I am happy to be born in this area because I can drink a lot of delicious sake every day. In this Takayama City, thanks to the temperature difference in summer and the good water flowing out of the Northern Alps, very good rice can be obtained and delicious sake can be obtained by using it. Even if there are 7 sake breweries within 200m and each brewery has the same ingredients, there are different tastes. I would like to introduce such a special thing in Takayama city.
